Really just depends on condition. You can get a Fine copy for around $500-650 or you can get a Near Mint copy for around $2500.

IMO, if you buy something like that get it graded. So what condition you want from 1-10.0? That will tell me how much it's going to cost you.

Hey I grew up like 10 minutes away from that place! I remember that shop as a kid, but I think it might have had a different name at the time. How is that place? My brother-in-law lives near there, and I've been trying to get him back into comic books.

When buying this book and any from this era be careful because they had what is called "marvel stamps". People cut them out and mailed them in for a stamp collection. Often people won't open and look for these cut outs. You will have a nice looking copy with a page partially cut out making a VF/NM condition looking book, more like Good/Fair. I've bought a few books from this era only to be bummed out to find a partial square cut out of a page. Also what Hilfiger1975 said. In general if you are buying a book for long term investment that is over $200 get a slabbed copy or one you can flip through and see in person. Other option is you ask for multiple scans and have them show you a picture of the marvel stamp. Some sellers won't even know that they are missing.
