Captain Marvel 33 good condition?

i snagged one of these advertised in good condition. I just got it in the mail today and imo it looks a notch below good. i'm not a grading expert so you guys might see different

I would call it VG, looks like some rust on staple and some color bleed problems on the top right. Still a VG book.
