Today's pick ups. I know you guys are saying that I shouldn't sleep on Five Ghost, but I just picked up a pc copy. I know a place selling Phantom variants, so I might just grab one of those as well. Its going to be a heavy week next week, so this is my calm before the storm.

I need a #4 and #11 to finish this GOTG run.
If you guys have any extras or willing to trade, I have #2, 14, 15, and 18 for trade.

You looking for a #2, but have a #2 for trade. I think I may be missing something here

I spent the weekend in LA. I did four shops. Nothing too serious, but did get some nice finds.
Everything was cover. 344 @$6. Hawkeye was @$30.

Thanks Hilfiger. I was surprised to see that that was there, I was actually looking for a #6. Win/win is always good.

I adopted this guy yesterday..

What amazes me most is the condition it is in. Very very minimal soft spine crease and two small nicks on each of the bottom corners. And only for $5!

And as for the mail day!

I am considering the non sketch for the Stan Lee signing. I would do the sketch, but im afraid it might hit a low 9 due to some small spine crease, 2 I think. The colored one is pretty much almost a high contender, but what I am skeptical about is the small spine STRESS towards the lower middle half, but its super minor. There's no solid crease or bends.

Pick ups from Fan Expo Vancouver:

I wanted to get the PP CGC'd SS after I got Kurtis to sign it, but after getting another signature from Stan Lee and graded again, I thought that would be enough lol. I decided to keep the 2 PP and Jirni for the pc instead of getting it slabbed.

Mail days from this week:

I bought Premium Passes for the Expo, so we had fast access through a separate line and entry through a different door (which is why I could not find the SSM Variant because they had put that booth in the main hallway). After they let us in, I was like the 15th person in line and it went fast and smooth. Desert Wind was there, same staff, they tried to charge $60 per signings, but then realized that they made a mistake because it was only suppose to be $50. I had the chance to prep my book this time, using Johns advice, it worked out perfect. It didn't seem as rushed like at Franks. This time people actually had a chance to small talk with him, which was kind of cool. I felt bad for folks that got stuff CGC SS because fast track and shipping to Canada was about $90. I got my SSM#1 Granov Variant signed and graded. Overall, it worked out well, for me at least. It ended up being a very very long line once everyone else started getting in. I left the Expo two hours later and there was still a serious line to get inside.

Today's flea market pick ups:

Nothing to crazy, but a nice variety. I gave it to my little brother, hoping he will start to embrace comics a little more.

I've been busy and away, but I wanted to share a nice mail day.

After a long waiting since getting it signed and submitted, I was expecting some low 9's, but these will do.

Awwwwwwwwwwwww yeah!!!!!! I'm so glad that they all came back as 9.8s! I was sending happy thoughts your way man hoping that they would still score well! Are you keeping all of them or gonna sell any? Hopefully mine will arrive soon, too.

#Yayer! lol. Thank you sir LBSB! Im hoping you hit 9.8 minimum on yours too! I am thinking I might just hold on to them. Since they are my official first submissions and first signings, they mean that much more. Im thinking yours should be here within the week, its only logical. I assume another one or two weeks, I will be getting my second set of submissions from Fan Expo!
