Default Polarity #1

No one has even mentioned this book, probably because it's only a mini. BUT, that being said, this was the biggest surprise to me this week. I absolutely loved it. 9.7 from IGN as well, so if you're in the mood to read something fun, give it a try!

I want to thank Cujo for recommending this book... Issue 2 was even better than the first.. Great story, great antics and funny.

Got a couple of copies signed by the writer today. Honestly, I haven't even read it yet because it's been sold out everywhere. Looking forward to reading it tonight!

It's definitely not for everyone Kyle. I think what attracts me to the book is the raw boldness to take on a serious subject, but in a humorous and non-preachy way. I just feel it's one of the most truthful books I've read in quite some time.

Yea maybe..I want to like it...You ever have a book like that? But eh..Its kinda like uber to me..I don't care for it either..I know, I do like 10 grand..And I just got my Revival #1 9.8 today..I decided to stick with my revival, manhattan, sons of the gun, EoW, spidey and a couple others..I am looking forward to Lazarus..I actually like Sons of the Gun better than Sixth Gun...And Revival is still my favorite..And yes its still going to be a show in the fall..Just feeling..If done right, it could rival TWD..And if the Cable network I am hoping picks it up, does..Then it will be..I did read today, that since Netflix is doing a whole new season of one of my fav shows, Arrested Development, starting the end of the month leading up to a new movie..They are interested in doing The Dark Tower with Ron, renewing Twin Peaks and Jerico

Oh please please let the Jericho rumor be true. I talked to a shop owner that went to c2e2. He said that during the retailer meeting idw announced they were not doing another season of Jericho comics. No telling when the rest of season 4 will actually come out, though. He also said that amazon was more interested in reviving Jericho now.

My and the lady are nuts about that show, after the second season this year she said she wished there were more episodes. I stumbled across the season 4 books the next time I was in the shop. Hunted season 3 for a month locally and finally found a complete set of season 3 bundled for for way under cover.

I would think this series would do so much better because the story line is amazingly good but I don't see the interest... yet.

Did you guys finish up #4? I just read it last night and thought it was a great ending. It may not be the end of it though as I read something in the column section where Max responded to a letter/email saying something like because of the success of the title, it may not be the end....there may be hope!

Loved the ending. Read the same letter. I know Max is currently on tour with his band(say anything). And they just released a new album, and a 3disc album of all their old tracks before they released their first major record. Went and saw then 2 weeks ago, it was an awesome show. I figure he will be busy with touring for a while. But here's hope.

It would be cool to see more of Polarity. And the ending of the book gave some hope!
