Default grading

i have this book my lcd guy has and wanted the forums thoughts on these white marks running up and down the right side of the front cover, does that hurt the grade of the book and if so how much, thx

please look at the top right of the screen, there is a download button, hit direct download and it should come up, my last post should have read if there is an easier way to do this let me know,thx

The white running up and down are from the scanner he used. You can see the line go through the picture and past the book itself. However, I'd be more concerned with the white strip running along the bottom. That looks like a printing defect and could affect the grade. I really don't know how much though. You'll want to be certain it truly is a 1st print; you'll have to check the inside cover. Also, there were counterfeit copies of this book made so just be aware of that too.

I looked at the picture for a good long while and couldn't see anything. Maybe I'm just blind!
