Default midtown order never delivered

i ordered 2 copies of the lucas draft midtown variant last month and never received them. i tracked the shipment on usps.com and its says shipment accepted at a post office facility on 9/6 but it's been stuck on that status ever since.

i contacted midtown and they told me to contact the post office. i called the post office location it was delivered and can never get a live person. i contacted the main usps customer service number and still can't get a live person. i submitted a complaint online last week and have not recieved a response.

what's a bro to do?

Ask your local post office to look into it. They will usually make an inquiry on your behalf.

Midtown uses this weird UPS/USPS hybrid that you have to track on UPS Mail Innovations | Streamline, optimize, and synchronize your mail processes There might be some different tracking info on there, worth a shot.

FWIW, my Midtown order from two weeks ago was really slow for some reason and the tracking didn't update for a while, but it ended up showing up about a week later than my usual weekly orders.

USPS has lost a few packages for me that I shipped on eBay. They weren't lost, but just sat at some random stop for a few days. Just call USPS and keep pressing 0 until you get a real person. You will need the tracking number and they will find it in a few days.
