Default CGC SS Pressing Success Story

Awhile back, I purchased a book from Indy for grading and to be signed by Hickman. It is an East of West RRP. It turned out to be a 9.0 CGC SS book.

I was a little disappointed then decided to give CCS a shot (never really use them, but had to, for it to remain a yellow label)

I am so amazed that the 9.0 turned out to be a 9.8

This is the first time I had a CGC SS book pressed and it worked wonders

still got a couple of CGC Books with me that has not been pressed yet including a Marvel Super-Heroes 18 CGC SS Stan Lee 9.0 :) It has some dents but no color breaks so a great candidate.

Still thinking of sending it or just selling the MSH 18 9.0 cgc ss..but with this outcome, might send it in...

Just wanted to share that it is worth it to send to CCS for pressing of CGC SS'd books

That's great news! Did they tell you why it got a 9.0 to being with?

There were some denting on the book and a huge crease at the back, maybe mishandled during the signing session
