Default Picked up Comics at an Estate Sale

I Picked up a small box of Comic Books at an Estate Sale this past weekend and was wondering if they had some value.
There were some old comics, like Spider Man, Roy Rogers, Richie Rich, Best of the West??, and this one my neighbor said might be worth something.
I collect FB and Baseball cards so I know absolutely NOTHING about comics, so any help would be helpful. The older comics I think had a price tags of like .10 and .12 on them, but don't hold me to that. I'm at work now, so I can provide more info later, but here are a few pics of the one my friend suggested finding info on.
Thanks!

Cover looks pretty bad but it's a #1 issue of a mildly popular series I think you might get 75 to 100 bucks for it

The spine is jacked up on the Tomahawk issue and thats going to kiil the value but there is the Overstreet Comic Price guide to look those others up at your local comic store and they should be able to help you determine grading. I know comics are very scrutinized when it comes to condition more so than any collectible I can think of! You can also grade and slab comics but I dont think there is anything worth grading and slabbing to increase the value.

Thanks for the info guys!
>>Those and im guessing the rest of what you bought, will have little to no value. I have a feeling you overpaid.<<
I paid $22 for 4 boxes of magazines and albums.
2 boxes of each. The magazines consisted of about 50 Rolling Stones Mags from the 80's and 90's. A dozen of old Playboys from 61-62, and 6 Sports Illustrated from 1961. The comics were sitting on top.
The albums were a mixture from late 50's to mid 70's. 4 original Beatles albums, Meet the Beatles (rare cover version), and Rubber Soul were 2 of them, and an unopened George Harrison All Things Must Pass boxed set.
So I'm guessing $22 wasn't overspending by too much..

Sounds like a great deal to me! I'd be interested to know about the Rolling Stones from the 80s. Are there any from late 88 and summer 89? Also, the Playboys, do you have the October 1961 issue?
