I thought binding agreements aren't recognized by the state if you're a minor? Correct me if I'm wrong.

I believe it depends on the case. Listen, I am not out here to scam people, otherwise I would not have been trying to do this group break. I want to do this GB, because a) I know it would be fun with everyone. B) I want to open the product for my own enjoyment, and C) Because people want to see this product broken, but can not afford to do it themselves.

I don't think so. You're a minor, case closed.

We understand that you want to do this for the enjoyment and whatnot, but why not just wait til you're 18?

If something goes wrong, we're screwed. It's a liability to Blowout Cards to allow a minor conduct a break like this.

I understand, but perhaps I can have all the money sent to my mom's account. It would obviously make her liable...but A)I'm sure nothing will go wrong, and B) She doesn't mind.

I reported this thread to the MODs so if we are in the wrong hopefully they will let us know of not this break is pretty much over
