So once we random, we will then know who gets the base slots since those are staying firm at spots #1 and #29 based on the OP...correct?

Yes after the random, the base slots will go to Spot #1 and #29 as stated on the OP.

Case #1 is fully paid.

As for Case #2, I was told by Blowoutcards that they are completely sold-out of their pre-sell cases of this product so I will have order this case once the product releases. I will keep in touch with Blowoutcards and order this case immediately once it's available.

The hits are being randomed out, no real need for a high spot as you would need in a draft style break. Unless you have "lucky" numbers you want.

Rinkwraith is correct. This is not a draft hit break. The hits will go to each spot holder in order..so if the 15th hit is a Magic Johnson Auto, that hit would go to you. The only spots we know are Spot #1 and #29 which are the base/parallel spots for each case.
