According to the front page...
"Defunt Teams Rule: any defunct teams Hit will be Randomed to everyone."

Whoever has the Texans could argue for Oiler hits as well.

In most of the breaks I have been in, cards from teams that moved go to the person holding the current team. So in the case of the Oilers, those cards would go to the Titans since the team is not defunct it was moved.

I agree, oilers would go to Titans. You are not going to random off Los Angeles Rams because they are now the St. Louis Rams, you will give the LA ram cards to St. Louis. Same goes for the Raiders, Cardinals and maybe others

I agree about the Rams, Cardinals and Raiders since when they moved they kept the name and logos. However when the Oilers francise moved to Tennessee they changed name and logos, so I am not as sure about that argument. But then again I have the Texans so my thinking may be biased! I would like to see any Houston Oiler hits randomed between the Titans and the Texans!

every break i have been includes the predeccessor teams regardless if there has been a name change. Thus oilers belong to tennessee.

Tier 1 Teams:
1. FALCONS
2. TITANS
3. RAIDERS
4. EAGLES
5. RAVENS
6. CHIEFS
7. BEARS
8. STEELERS
9. DOLPHINS
10. BRONCOS
11. GIANTS
12. 49ERS
13. COWBOYS
14. PACKERS
15. PATRIOTS
16. LIONS

Tier 2 Teams
1. CARDINALS
2. SAINTS
3. REDSKINS
4. COLTS
5. SEAHAWKS
6. TEXANS
7. JAGUARS
8. BENGALS
9. JETS
10. BUCS
11. VIKINGS
12. BROWNS
13. BILLS
14. RAMS
15. PANTHERS
16. CHARGERS

i got this list from one of philfans NT breaks, the fact that we are using multiple years of NT breaks could influence the need for a slight change to this list. however no one expressed any problems with the lists prior to the randoms, so i assumed everyone was fine with it. im sry that you feel like you have gotta shorthanded, hopefully the hits will make up for that, i believe that patriots will be slightly better chance in 2008, as they are on the first tier in multiple 2008 NT breaks.

Great, so All Oilers go to Titans, that is the way it is in all the breaks I have ever been in, just wanted to confirm since I was not sure what you meant by defunct.

All in break - thanks for the confirmation.
