Just spoke with a member that was concerned about the delay from me being on the West coast, like occurred with the Exquisite BK break.

I had not thought about that for a quick flip for members of the break, but I will spend the $40 it takes for 2day delivery to eliminate that problem.

Instead of doing that just put up individual scans of everyones stuff at their request. That way they can list them on ebay while they are being shipped to them. Eliminates the west coast problem.

Good point! Didnt think of that! That option is available also for participants then! The $40.00 is a small price to pay to get the rip! Gets the gambling junkie in me happy, while keeping the wife and checkbook happy at the same time!

What is the release date on this product? Is this break going to happen?

BOC has it listed as Wens 9/17 release, but there Case site has it listed as Fris 9/19 as release. Either way its this week, so if case doesnt fill up before Wednesday morning to get the order in, we will have to cancel.

You shouldn't have to cancel. You just won't be able to crack it on the release date.

I'm interested in this, but your math isn't adding up.

If you define a "hit" as a jersey or an auto, then there are NOT 6 hits per box - there are only 5 (you get 1 base and 1 RC per box). And even if we call it 5 hits per box, that's also pretty questionable as to whether or not you consider a manufactured patch a hit - it's not game used. So there are really only 4 decent hits per box.

I can live with calling the manufactured patch a hit and hope that I don't get stuck with it. But could you clarify the RC as a hit or not since you did define a hit in your post to be a "game used or auto"?

Thanks.
Josh

A manufactured patch is counting as a hit.

There are 7 cards in a Tin. The base card is not a hit. The Rookie counting as a hit is the Rookie Signature Memoribilia..... Why wouldnt that be counted as a hit? The Manu patch I considered a hit also, so tech. your right, they arent all going to be game used.

Hope this helps clarify anything

But is the second card in every tin going to be an auto? I think it might be a "base" style rc with auto variations. That might be something you should check on with the manufacturer.

psekll - exactly why I was asking. I think the 2nd card is a regular "base style" RC. I thought the RC Autos are going to be on cards 4 through 7, not on card 2. Hence my question.

I'm really just going based on other Premier products (mainly baseball) so my understanding may not be correct. However, I thought it was worth asking the question. Don't get me wrong, a low numbered Premier RC is still nice, but it shouldn't really count as a hit equivalent to an auto or GU.

Anybody have the definitive answer on this?

EDIT:

I just went back to my own 07 UD Premier Football break and it looks like the RC is indeed Autographed in that break. Assuming 08 is the same as 07, then I think you are correct that the RC is indeed an Auto hit. I'm sorry for the confusion here, but it's tough to keep all of the products straight and it looks like there is a clear difference between the Premier Baseball and Football releases.
