April BGS Submission...

Here we go...APRIL - BGS Group Submission. I am willing to organize this. ALL CARDS AND INITIAL PAYMENTS NEED TO BE RECEIVED BY APRIL 21st (Before Easter) - NO EXCEPTIONS!

I received the following special as a repeat customer:
Beckett Grading Services

Repeat Customer Package
offers:
3 service levels to choose from:
5 days service for $17/card
10 days service for $10/card
20 days service for $7/card

I need AT LEAST 10 cards...I will do the 20 day special ONLY to avoid confusion...autos are still $2/each.

To Clear Things Up: You will actually make 2 payments...the first is due with the cards for the grading, auto, and shipping fee (to/from BGS). The 2nd will be when I get the cards back for shipping to you plus paypal fees.

PAYPAL FEES: Will be determined on a individual basis and will be added with return shipping fees from me to you.

SHIPPING - $1 (per card) will be used to/from BGS with full insurance...

I will use USPS Priority mail and will have the shipments insured both ways, to/from BGS...

Examples:

05/06 UD Sidney Crosby Young Guns ($7 grading fee plus shipping $1) = $8

05/06 SP Authentic Future Watch - Alex Ovechkin AU ($7 grading plus $2 auto cert +$1 shipping) = $10

I will calculate return shipping (from me back to you) once I have your cards packed up. This will vary depending on the number of cards you sent and whether you want your newly graded cards insured or not. I will charge a nominal fee for supplies. I will also calculate in the Paypal fees (grading and this shipping).

TBD Return Shipping Fee (from me to you) and Paypal fees

Reservations for cards to be graded will be taken on a first come first serve basis. For example, TDiddy532 stated in the prospective thread that he wants to send in 2010 Bowman Strasburg Base and Chromes and Bryce Harper Chromes. This rule will only apply to non-serialized cards. I need a very clear way to be able to tell the cards apart.

They will, but generally patch cards grade lower due to the window cuts around the patch and/or the thickness causes edge problems...

I just went to a card show today and picked up a number of cards. I would love to get them graded however I am nervous with the thickness. I need experienced people's opinions please - what are your grading experiences with grading?
