Hello all,

Running another cheap, but fun break. We ran a poll and the top 3 products were 2010 Bowman Chrome, 2010 Bowman Platinum, and 2010 Topps Chrome.

We generally fill these breaks in less than 48 hours - so I have extended it to 90 spots! We are doing a 3 case break, one-third of each case for every 30 spots. So each 30 spots will be 4 boxes Topps Chrome, 4 boxes Bowman Chrome, 2 boxes of Bowman Platinum, and a Jersey! (If we only fill 60 spots, it will be 6 BC, 3 BP, & a jersey.)

Also, we are randoming the spots, but you can DRAFT your team! We will random the 30 spots and then you will DRAFT your team in order. So if you have spot #1 (or 31 or 61) you can have any team you want. If you have spot #2, #32, or #62 - you can have any team except the one already taken... etc.

Current prices (before any price cut):

2010 Bowman Chrome - $560 - 12 boxes
2010 Bowman Platinum - $525 - 6 boxes
2010 Topps Chrome - $535 - 12 boxes
2010 Just Minors Mystery Jersey - $250 - 3 jerseys

Team draft format. Spots will be randomed by a mod 1 time and then you will draft your team in order. Spots 1-30, 31-60, and 61-90 will be randomed and drafted separately.

In each 30 spot break, any team that does not receive an auto, relic, or parallel numbered to /99 or lower will automatically be listed in a random for the wrapper lots and redemption box topper autos. It is like a second-chance drawing!

All USA autos, relics, and parallel cards will be randomed among all 30 teams - so you get your team AND a chance at a USA auto or relic!

So, if your team has no hit, you have a chance at a box-topper auto or wrapper lot. Then you will also be in the random for the USA autos/relics/parallels.

You get every rookie, parallel, insert, and hit. If you want the veteran base, please add $1.25 per slot. Thanks.

Price breakdown:

$1850 for 3 cases, 2 jerseys, 3 helmets, AND 2 day shipping (expedited shipping included for free by Blowout!)

$1850 Divided by 90 Slots = $1850/90 = $20.56 direct slot cost

+ $0.79 Supplies (Sleeves, Toploads, Padded Mailer, Shipping Label, etc)
+ $2.50 Projected Shipping (First Class Parcel & DC#)

(I rounded up on shipping slightly just to be safe. )

$23.85 Subtotal

+ $1.00 Paypal Fees (paypal fees are 2.9% +.030; $23.85 x 0.029 + $0.30 = $1.00)

$24.85 total

$24.85 Group Break Slot Price, additional slots @ $23.35

1 slot = $24.85
2 slots = $48.20
3 slots = $71.75
4 slots = $94.90
5 slots = $118.25
6 slots = $141.60
9 slots = $211.65

If you are getting 4 slots or more and you want your base, don't pay the $1.25 each. Just mention that you want your base in this thread and then we can figure out the best cost for shipping after the break.

Special Rules for this Break:

1. If you hit the jersey, your shipping costs are going to go up. I think I can ship your jersey (full-sized jersey) and cards in a medium flat-rate box and that will cost about $10.50.

2. If you hit a card worth $250 or more, I will ask you to pay for upgraded shipping - priority mail, signature confirmation, and insurance.

3. If you join this break, you must be willing to pay right away (once the payments go active). We want to order right away - it takes 3 days after payment for the cases to arrive.

4. If you join this break, you must subscribe to this thread. It makes life SO MUCH EASIER.

A few things you should know:

1. I will break the same day the cases arrive - starting at 7pm EST.
2. I will have scans up that same night (really).
3. I will mail your cards within 48 hours!!

We have a club with about 20 members or so that get guaranteed spots. They can then choose to decline or expand as they wish. No dues. And you can skip any break that you don't enjoy or if the $ is tight that week.

My idea is that we all spend $25 or so a week on blasters anyway (or at least every once in awhile) - so why not use that $ for a spot in a group break?

Also, there was a discussion thread and poll that garnered alot of interest and folks were reserving spots there too.
