Well, yes and no. I do ask that you stop all b/s/t about an hour before the break. Just so that I can focus on preparing for the break and not on updating the list... however, it has been all rather 1-sided and easy to maintain.

I looked at it - the new jerseys - and they would cost over $100 a slot and that is too high. They do make rather nice add-ons to the breaks though - a nice change or surprise. So I will just continue to do that instead.

However, there really is nothing new to break right now so I think I will go retro. However, due to the possibility of a few expired redemptions, we will have no choice but to make it a hit break... maybe just randomed though?

Sorry, I meant to mention that. Yes, you can b/s/t after the break. You can b/s/t your spots or the actual items that you pick.

Please try to do this as much in advance of your actual pick as possible though.

The draft clock doesn't start until tomorrow morning anyway.

I think the hit drafts work best and are the most fun. I like the strategy of trading around slots, and having a choice of what you want. Esp. in the middle picks, there is a greater chance of people getting what they want as opposed to just random slots. Not sure if I'm in the majority with that opinion, but I dont like the idea of just listing hits and random-ing them all.

Valid points. I do seem to remember the last draft was a HUGE headache as a host. However, I think I had 3 or 4 drafts going at once with 1 massive break. Maybe not my best moment. haha

So if this one goes a bit smoother I may be more open to them. As a host, team randoms are the way to go though!

I didnt know that a host could also participate, and if that is the case, I wouldnt mind helping do some of the hosting myself.

Host can only participate in club breaks - and then only after BO approval.

Definitely makes the whole thing more enjoyable for the host.

Speaking of videos, I am going to try to use ustream. It will make uploading the videos to youtube automatic. I won't have to record with camtasia at the same time that I broadcast & record with blogtv.

Finally got ustream working yesterday. I had to just uninstall Chrome - long story. So, assuming that works we should have a faster, less choppy picture.

I would like to do a test run. I grabbed a few boxes of 1991 Topps out of storage and figure we can bust them looking for Chipper. I can also give everything away to you guys... chipper, ryan, clemens, ripken, maddux...

So anyone want to watch and give me some feedback on ustream? I have only used it for 2 very brief videos. Not quite ready yet, but shortly...
