Payment Due Date: EXTENDED TILL FRIDAY, AUGUST 5, 2011

Rules/Disclaimers:
1) Since this is the first year for Marquee, I don't know what the value of these cards will end up being. If we pull some high value cards, I will ask that you pay upgraded shipping. Also, if you are concerned about the condition of your card in transit, you may request upgraded shipping as well. (Upgraded means insurance and possibly signature confirmation.)

2) If you have multiple slots, and pick multiple base card slots, I may request additional cost for shipping. I'm not sure yet since I have no clue what these cards will look like.

3) Payment is due within 1 week of going active. If you do not pay in time, your spot will go to any reserve spots or will become open to the public.

4) Once the break is paid in full, slots will be randomed 3 times by the MOD to determine the draft order.

5) Trading can occur up until 1 hour BEFORE the HIT draft takes place. All trades that occur 1 hour before the draft will not be accepted. I will also allow trading to occur AFTER the HIT draft is completed for 24 hours, before I ship out the cards.

6) The HIT draft will take place the day following the break at a time to be determined. This will give me time to scan the hits and post them, as well as give you time to plan your draft, make trades and provide me a list if you can't attend the draft. The draft clock will be set to 10 minutes. If you do not make your pick in time, I will use a list you provide. If you fail to provide me a list, I will pick the next best HIT based on my own list. (After reading this over, I'm wondering if 10 minutes is enough time. Since we have 1 month till the break, this point is open for discussion.)

7) If we are shorted a HIT, I will contact Topps to request a replacement. If we have more than 60 hits, any unclaimed HITs will be randomed.

8) This break will be held live and recorded on one of the web blog sites (UStream, BlogTV, etc). Information will be provided ahead of the break. The draft will be held on the forums.

Just for clarification sake. This is a HIT draft.
Step 1: People reserve spots. (This can be random or people can pick specific numbers)
Step 2: Once slots are full, break goes active.
Step 3: Everyone must pay for their slots (1 week from time it goes active). Unpaid slots will go to reserve slots.
Step 4: Once all slots are all paid for, draft order will be determined by the MOD randomizing the slots 3 times.
Step 5: Slots can be traded. (Rules will be outlined) in the OP.
Step 6: No trades will be accepted 1 hour before the scheduled break.
Step 7: Break is performed live on video blog site (TBD).
Step 8: All HITs will be posted following the break along with the projected draft rankings.
Step 9: Trading resumes.
Step 10: HIT draft will take place the day following the break.
Step 11: Draft will start with Pick #1 all the way to Pick #60. Each pick will get a predetermined time limit. If the person drafting is unable to attend the draft, they must provide me a list. Any extra HITs that go unclaimed after Pick #60 will be randomed at the end of the draft.
Step 12: I will allow 1 last day for trading before shipping the cards.

Trade Rules:
1) Trading cannot start until all slots are paid for and the list is randomized.
2) All trades performed 1 hour before the scheduled break will be ignored.
3) Once the terms of the trade have been agreed upon, the conditions of the trade must be posted on this thread. All parties must confirm the conditions before trade can be accepted.
4) Trades can occur with people not originally signed up in the break. I've seen some people trade cards from the PC for slots or use Paypal.
5) Once the break is done, trading resumes. This is a new rule, but I'm going to halt trading 1 hour before the HIT draft. Trading will commence once more once the HIT draft has completed. I will accept all trades right up until 24 hours after the draft is completed. At which point I will start to package and ship cards.

Fyi, I just ordered the case this morning. I ordered a 2nd one just in case if the 1st one is successful. I got a better price on the cases, but it will have such a small affect on the pricing, I may just purchase a bonus box of another product and random the hits during the break.
