Here we go...AUGUST - BGS Group Submission. I am willing to organize this. ALL CARDS AND INITIAL PAYMENTS NEED TO BE RECEIVED BY AUGUST 20th. - NO EXCEPTIONS!

I received the following special as a repeat customer, it is not a published offered:

Beckett Grading Services
Repeat Customer Package offer:
10 days service for $10/card (normal price is $14)
...autos are still $2/each.

To Clear Things Up: You will actually make 2 payments...the first is due with the cards for the grading, auto, and shipping fee (to/from BGS). The 2nd will be when I get the cards back for shipping to you plus paypal fees.

PAYPAL FEES: Will be determined on a individual basis and will be added with return shipping fees from me to you.

SHIPPING - $1 (per card) will be used to/from BGS with full insurance...

I will use USPS Priority mail and will have the shipments insured both ways, to/from BGS...

Examples:

05/06 UD Sidney Crosby Young Guns ($10 grading fee plus shipping $1) = $11

05/06 SP Authentic Future Watch - Alex Ovechkin AU ($10 grading plus $2 auto cert +$1 shipping) = $13

I will calculate return shipping (from me back to you) once I have your cards packed up. This will vary depending on the number of cards you sent and whether you want your newly graded cards insured or not. I will charge a nominal fee for supplies. I will also calculate in the Paypal fees (grading and this shipping).

Reservations for cards to be graded will be taken on a first come first serve basis. This rule will only apply to non-serialized cards. I need a very clear way to be able to tell the cards apart.

Do you recommend sending cards to you in a one snap magnetic case? A sleeve and toploader? Or what? I guess what Im asking is what is the best way to send to you? And how long of a turnaround is there?

BGS suggests a penny sleeve and card saver. However, it truly doesn't matter how you send them to me, whatever you're most comfortable with. BGS won't return any holders that you send in. Turnaround time - I'll mail them on Monday, 8/22 so they'll get to BGS probably on 8/24 - will be done 10 business days after and then 2-3 days return back to me.

Yes you can. Just write a note saying what minimum grade you want on that card. If sending more than a couple, I suggest writing a note on every single card. Even if you put a note, they sometimes make a mistake and just grade it. Just make it VERY CLEAR.

Would I be able to send in a card that has been graded? I would like BGS to reevaluate the grade. Thanks!

Yes to both. I always put min 9 on my personal cards when I send them in. For the reeval fee, they'll still charge the normal rate, so keep that in mind.

I want to join the submission, probably do 10-15 cards, I've been wanting to do it myself but this seems easier and the right time to finally get it done. I will need to go through my collection and self grade what cards I want to send to you, when is the deadline you need them by? Thanks man
