Quietly..SB Promo's were posted last night.

Not a huge fan on most of the products for group breaks.

2005 Certified just to high due to Rodgers - this was fun the last time I busted it. Nice range of stuff.

07 Limited - Great Stuff - 3 hits per box but think a chance guys dont even get base for their slots (total cards are 35)?

08 Limited (good mix of hits for everyone but to me with all the base its just not the same and think for the same price 07's got more value)

07 Contenders - love the design and look and guess I could plan on Stanton and shard myself if we hit Calvin, but the key rookies were sp'd in this (and even then last I checked Calvin wasnt covering a box but that was before this seasons stellar year).

06 UD Legends are really hit or miss. Did what 2 cases of this last year for SB Promo Slots.

Actually think the NFL Rookies Case isnt a bad idea. The Short Print Autos sell well (both of mine would be SP's so Im likely out for an auto) and those are pretty much 1:case.

I've got 2 lots of the ITG Series 2 coming but thats not FB. Possible we could try and switch stuff up to just a hit break with all of those involved, but thats some work too and would need to have everyone's input before we could even consider this idea.

So I think I just gave more than my two pennies worth.....what did I miss

And so everyone gets something I would say leave 16 of the RR sets unopened so everyone gets one. Then we break and sort 4. (Shipping will probably be a little more than normal this way.)

I will look into all the different items and we can decide.

We will be SOL with redemptions from Topps and UD so let us keep this in mind.

The 2005 Certified is certainly higher priced than what we should aim for. It is the Rodgers driving it up. It's guaranteed hits, but autos were not the easiest to come by.

I'm liking the limited, whether we go 2007 or 2008. I know 2008 might have quantity, but 2007 might have quality.

The Rated Rookie case is a pretty cool idea.

Whether we get into one or two spots for the Promo doesn't matter. Maybe people would be interested in some newer product, loose boxes to fill the second half of the break.

Just a thought.

Not a bad price point 20 autos. Go with the bust and sort. Not a fan as I did it last year for 2 or 3 cases of this stuff. Or send everyone a box and crack and sort 4. I woild also open your box for the auto if you wanted to know what you got or send unopened.

So basically it comes down to if we want 1 or 2 slots.
2 slots could get us another box to go with it.
1 slot and we would have up to 600 on boxes.

Give some opinions people!

1 slot 2010 Rated Rookies promo $249 (but I suggest a rip and send autos plus break down 1 or 2 sets by team, if someone wants a complete set, they can pay for the additional shipping from the remaining ones)
2 boxes 2011 Leaf limited $200 (releases 1/25)

Total $848

I'd say rated rookies & '07 limited, then rollover the rest to the next break.

Just for clarification, with the Rated Rookies, everyone will get an auto? Or potentially a sealed box, auto and set, however we decide to break it?

Also, what happens to the other 4 autos... do we random them to everyone, or assigned to the team of the player on the card?

I like to two spots in the Super Bowl promo (rated rookies & 07 limited). As for the rest, the 2011 limited sounds good, otherwise just carry it over.

Well my thinking was a sealed box for every member. THEN open the last 4 and sort and mail them. The more I think that might be more expensive to ship the unopened boxes.

So I think the best way to go is still give everyone 1 box but the box will be opened so each member will see who they get. That way I can package the cards and send them out in at worst a SMall Priority Box.

Never opened RR. So I don't know if the are anything except auto's beside the set. I'd just want the auto from it. Have enough base already. You want some? LOL

I vote 1 slot 2010 Rated Rookies promo $249 (every members gets there own box, whichever way cost less to ship)...

I honestly don't what other products in the promo are worth breaking now. I recall someone mentioning that BO announces better products closer to the Super Bowl. we can wait and have something to break in Feb 2012
