BGS Group Submission - APRIL 2012
 

Here we go...April - BGS Group Submission. I am willing to organize this. [COLOR="Red"]ALL CARDS AND INITIAL PAYMENTS NEED TO BE RECEIVED BY April 23[/COLOR] So I can mail them to beckett by the end of the month

If we get over 100 entries we will can get the 10 day service level for $11.00 per card - the April special is 1.00 off that :eek: - so 10 bucks a card (2.00 more for an autographed card)

To Clear Things Up: You will actually make 2 payments...the first is due with the cards for the grading, auto, PP fees and shipping fee (to/from BGS). The 2nd will be when I get the cards back for shipping to you plus paypal fees.

PAYPAL FEES: Will be determined on a individual basis and will be added with return shipping fees from me to you.

SHIPPING - $1 (per card) will be used to/from BGS with full insurance...

I will use USPS Priority mail and will have the shipments insured both ways, to/from BGS...

Examples:

2007 Robert Meachem Topps Rookie ($10 grading fee plus shipping $1) = $11
2007 Robert Meachem Topps Rookie Premier Autograph ($10 grading plus $2 auto cert +$1 shipping) = $13

.....total # of non auto cards x $11.00 = A
.....total # of Autographed cards x $13.00 = B
..... (A+B) x 1.028 (paypal fee) = C
.....C+$.30 (payapl fee) = YOUR TOTAL

I will calculate return shipping (from me back to you) once I have your cards packed up. This will vary depending on the number of cards you sent and whether you want your newly graded cards insured or not. I will charge a nominal fee for supplies. I will also calculate in the Paypal fees (grading and this shipping).

Reservations for cards to be graded will be taken on a first come first serve basis. For example, I will submit 2011 Bowman Chrome Harper and Lawrie rookies. This rule will only apply to non-serialized cards. I need a very clear way to be able to tell the cards apart. If the cards are serially #d - no worries!

Beckett suggests you use the semi rigid - Ive never done that, but if you use a magnetic, make sure to put a penny sleeve folded in half on the bottom and top of the card inside the holder. Thats how i always did it to prevent the card from moving around too much in transit. The semi-rigid ones make sure the card doesnt move.
