Based on the most recent checklist, yessir. But Topps has announced Harper, Darvish, Cespedes, and Bauer as well, just have yet to provide an updated checklist with their names.

With those 4, we're at 11, with 14+ left to be announced. It is safe to assume that some of the other rookies indicated on the checklist will make up at least part, if not all, of the remaining vacancies, but we won't know until Topps tells us. This is why I want to wait to officially start the draft until a week before the product drops. If the checklist isn't updated at that point, we'll have to take our chances.

Looking at current rookie stats and some other articles, possible inclusions could be (I don't follow all MLB teams enough to really know these guys well)...but honestly, I have no idea...

I would LOVE to see Wei-Yin Chen in here! I think Nieuwenhuis is probably a pretty fair bet as a Mets representative. Jarrod Parker has an auto in 2012 Bowman, which I think bodes well for him in this release.

Miley and Lynn would be really pleasant surprises...I hadn't thought about those two, but they make perfect sense...

I meant in terms of rookie autos...of course Topps wouldn't put out a product with a vet checklist that excluded Miggy, Prince and Verlander (or would they?).

The top 4 teams were picked based on the combination of quality autos (Darvish, Harper, Montero, and Bauer) + number of different cards possible (not including refractor parallels). The Yankees were hard to pass up in spot 5 due to having 18 different cards in the set (think quantity of hits over quality of hits). The Blue Jays, Rays, and A's are next in line because of Lawrie, Moore, and Cespedes Rookie Autos. The only reaason the Jays and Rays are ahead of the A's (dang, they all rhyme!), is because of the amount of different cards they have in the set on top of the quality of autos included for each team. The A's have a relatively low presence in the set to this point, but Cespedes is enough of a draw to put them in the top 10. The Angels and Braves round out the top 10 because of Trout, and the foaming-at-the-mouth Braves fans that are passionate about their team. Plus, the Angels have 13 different cards in the set (Pujols and Trout autos, anyone?), while the Braves have 16. They ranked lower than the Angels because of the quality-of-hits potential being greater for the Angels.
