It looks like there is a base set. How are we going to accommodate for this?

If it were up to me I would just random the base cards to folks after the break and keep the order as is.

If there is a base set I agree with the random after the break but only to teams that didn't get any hits.

If I am correct this a hit break not a team break. So everyone is guaranteed a hit and a cards regardless of teams.

A random to all slots seems the way to go on this one.

Some other team breaks out there. I would agree to ransom on the base only teams that had no hits.

~~Where did you see this? First I have heard of it. I know the Football has it, but never seen anything about Baseball having base.~~ - NM, just read the article on Beckett.

I agree with everyone else, just random them out. REALLY EXCITED FOR THIS ONE!

Your correct. Sorry I confused my self by being in to many breaks.

No official word but the Beckett article says it's most likely one base per box.

That'd be a very cool added value. Some of those base cards would go for more than the relics!

Any base will be randomed off by case between the participants of that case.

Hopefully the base are not to make up for watered down content.

The product sheet shows a Harper auto relic #/5 and a prince fielder Auto relic #/55. Lol

I watched Houdinis break of 5 star 2 case break. Tough product crack.

Anyways the box breaks looked like this...

Box 1,2.4,5
1-Jumbo Jersey
2-Auto
3-Auto relic
4-Auto
5-Auto
6-Base

Box 3
1-Triple patch
2-Auto
3-Auto relic
4-Auto
5-Auto
6-Base

Looking at the random I have the following spots
Case1
Box 2- 2nd Hit
Box 3- 4th hit

Case2
Box 1-4th hit

Looks like my hits are all autos most likely based on Houdinis break

Im predicting the random on the base cards will land someone the lucky extra hit that makes their slot that much better. I think the base are going to sell well being 1 per box

Houdini just openned 2 cases (6 boxes) and I don't believe he hit a booklet.

I think the booklet will be Hit #3 replacing the Jersey/relic card.

Here are my assumptions..

Hit 1 = Jerseys/Dual Jerseys/Patches/Dual patches/Triple patches
Hit 2 = Current star Autos / Legends autos Black horizontal card
Hit 3 = Auto jersey/relic or Booklet
Hit 4 = Current star Autos / Legends auto red verical
Hit 5 = Current Star Autos (Possible rcs)

I havent seen a bat knob or cut, who knows where they come and when they come is the box shorted a hit? 4 cards in pack instead of 5 hits.

I watched Chris breaks on youtube and the 1st hits are just relic cards and the last card is a base. Also in one of his breaks the 2nd hit was a quad redemption book
