This is standard BGS....I bet the "shipped" e-mail will come within the next 1-1.5hrs, and the tracking info will say "accepted after last pick-up". That's exactly how my last two submissions have gone.....it adds an extra day to getting your cards back, but BGS slides by in the gray area on guarantees

Just hung up the phone with the rep. He will put the information in to have the order finished and ship on Friday.

Again to this guy's credit - he just called me back again to let me know that the definite goal is Friday to ship cards; if not Monday at the absolute latest.

Oh, just happened to stumble across one of your BGS group sub live box breaks on youtube the other night

Just curious, since the population report probably won't update until well after the cards arrive to you and are shipped to us, do you think you'd be willing to make a youtube box break for those of us who suffer from Tom Arnold antsy-ness and would like to see how the cards graded visually?

If you don't have time for it, NO PROBLEMO! But figured it may also be easier for you to do it that way vs. typing up a huge list with the numerical results

So unless there was an error on our end of the paperwork, aren't we entitled to a refund of the submission fees? BGS isn't exactly a well oiled machine...I suspect this delay is their fault.

Personally, I'm not that worried about 2 days, 10 days and I would completely agree. My vote since I have some cards in the submission is to wait and see what day that they actually ship.

Hey, I wouldn't mind if that happened.

Who knows, this may end up working to our advantage if they have barely began cracking into our large order. If they have to do a rush job on a huge amount of cards, they may end up being less 'critical' of some flaws.

Oh well...probably wishful thinking

I'm not "worried' either, but if I pay for a service I expect the company to provide me that service. Once again, unless there is some kind of error on our behalf....BGS defaulted on the guaranteed service time. I only have one card in this submission, but have had several piss poor business transactions with Beckett.

Yea ten days is ten days. Not 12 maybe 13 with an extra weekend thrown in. Ten days is ten days.

I would vote to ask for a partial refund... some of these cards are time sensative (My Matt Moore Red Refractor auto comes to mind)

I'm fine waiting the extra two days. On the other hand I wouldn't be fine with waiting the extra 10 days and still paying the same price. Keep us updated buddy!
