For everybody's well being - answers directly from my BGS rep.

Hair enclosed w/card - I assume they are not the player’s hairs. Have him list the cards on the form and notate relab without hair. Add the same note to each card with a posted not attached to each with the directions.

Sticker pulling off card - Will lower the surface grade, my suggestion is to have it slabbed authentic with an auto grade.
