Paid for August break. Paid for 27 adds/drops also.

Edit: I paid for the month of July's adds/drops. August has to be addressed, plus whatever pick-ups during the playoffs.

Well, it appears that Yahoo has made our decision for us.

So, I propose that only the people in the playoffs pay for September (we have not even decided on the break yet - so that is no big deal).

The only thing you owe if you are not in the playoffs is whatever adds/drops remain (and the August break if you have not paid it). I can get you a total tonight - I am getting ready to leave for a cookout.

I was under the impression that ALL teams would still be scored - that is why I wanted to keep running a full break in September. I mean, why did they give me the option of not locking playoff teams? So, I apologize that I did not understand.

We may have a playoff team that has quit. I need to get confirmation from the team owner.

If you are not in the playoffs, you are still a part of October's break. We will pay that with all the add/drop money. So, no extra charge unless we want something better than we can afford. Ok?

Still, enough people have shown a desire not to pay for September that I don't think you should have to pay. Just please do not dump your team or unfairly try to affect the playoffs - I had one owner say he was going to waive his whole team. If that happens, I will be a new degree of pissed.

i am still confused, so only the playoff teams pay for the last month and the winner gets spot 1, that is kinda shafty... it should be like every other week, everyone contributes and only the winner gets a guaranteed first pick or 1st, 2nd and 3rd or something. i would like to figure this out if we can before i send payment bc if there is no real benefit to winning i might as well save the add drop fees for the playoffs... or are the drop add fees part of the prizes the winners get and the add drop fees will make up the last break and finishing order will determine draft order?

and for the record i am not trying to be a pain in the butt but i just need clarfication as the playoffs are already under way. thanks guys

What you are paying for now is not the playoffs, you are paying for August's break. Why would you hold that back?

The way the playoffs are scored (with 4 teams getting a "bye") it would not really be possible to score the way we have all along anyway.

The adds/drops go toward the last break (after September's break) - where the winner in each league picks first.

The only thing that changed is that a group of people do not want to pay for September if they are not in the playoffs. I created a poll for everyone to express their desires. You did not vote. Now is not the time to question the decision or call anything shafty. (This is besides the fact that a normal month isn't even possible.)

I hope that explains it. This was all posted in the beginning and everyone agreed. The only change is the last month scoring gaffe - which you can rightly blame on me. I did not expect it to score that way.

That above is really the only thing i was trying to figure out and was confused on. So the add/drop money and corresponding break will be drafted in the order we finished the season in from 1-14. As for the August break, guess i was losing track of time or not paying close enough attention because the month was September already so I thought we were rolling things into one. Payment will be sent over in a few minutes here.

Please remember that adds and drops are $0.50 each. So if you drop Mike Trout to and add Sean Rodriguez, that is 2.

Also, the transaction number on the main page of the league is not an accurate number of your adds/drops. You must actually go inside your transactions tab like I explained in the video.

Also, if you sent me $ for adds/drops separate from your payment, I may have missed it, so send me that info and I can update it. Ok? Thanks.

Looks like I might have made a mistake in counting 27 moves. Did you include any August pickups? I still owe for anything from August 1st. I can paid for everything, don't want to just sent payment for 7 moves because of the extra fees.

Edit: I just counted 27 from July1-31, 27 from August 1-Sept 3 including 1 add for a DL player.
