Of course you are disqualified. I said if you won by the points from illegal moves that you were disqualified. You won by the points from illegal moves - therefore, you are disqualified.

On both claims 2 and 3, he put that he received the item, but that it was "missing quantity." Technically, I could lie too and make him send back the item he received before he got his refund. I am not doing that though. Claims 2 and 3 have been refunded.
