When I posted the draftable slots I explained the vet base. Sorry It is now gone.

There are 4 high risk slots that may come up empty. Since every slot has to get something I held 4 cases of vet base off to go to any spots that get shut out.

If 1 or more of the high risk spots gets a hit leaving a case of vet base left over. Whatever is left over will be randomed amongst anyone who would like a chance at them.
