Since this is the biggest BO break ever there is no doubt this is the biggest random most of us have ever participated in. I would like to use my "1 TIME!"

I actually have ran good in these player draft randoms in the past and can't complain but I can beg

Good luck all.

Hard to say without knowing the checklist, but high. Very high.

Not even anything remotely close to what the price tag will be for it.

You figure mathematically there will be about 40 autos on the checklist, 240 total autos should be pulled (assuming 12 per case). So if collation is perfect, you would get 240/40 ~6 autos for the break of your drafted player auto.

Let's talk color, most of the time 2 color autos per case (sometimes more/sometimes less). That is 40 color autos of varying degree. So you would be very lucky to get one color auto of the #1 pick.

Last year about this time Bubba Starling was the #1 pick when we were doing these things, his base auto redemptions sold for ~$80. I don't see anyone's base auto in this product selling for that much initially (same with Bundy and Bauer).

Either way, wouldn't shock me to see someone fork over quite a bit of cash for the pick. Probably way more than what it is worth.

Says the guy probably trying to downplay the value so he can swoope in and grab the spot at a discount price!

Sounds like someone trying to talk the purchase price down!!!

Just kidding....actually that is a very good analysis and should help people when estimating values.

I used simple mathematics to show what the pick should/could yield. People can charge what they want, someone will buy it.

Plus, there's a chance that the top guy(s) will be SPed to some degree. Nothing like paying out the booty for the #1 pick of someone who you might be lucky to get a couple of autos of in 20 cases.
