2012 Bowman Draft 10 Case Player Draft!

I am stoked about the Zimmer blue. Between my buddy that busted 20 cases, Houdini's 20 caser and this I have had the Zimmer auto spot in 50 cases and have only got 4 base, 1 refractor and 1 blue refractor. That guy is elusive.

I invested about $145. and probably got about $70. worth of cards back. It was a gamble to begin with knowing picks would be randomized. I got lucky having a couple in the top 25. If they were in the 200-315 range I probably would have sold them off and cut my loses. Still, I would have gotten something back for my gamble.

I enjoyed trading and buying a pick to move around in the middle of the draft. I enjoyed watching other guys wheel and deal to move around. There's a certain social camaraderie when you're in a break with the right mix of guys. You root for them while you hope for yourself.

I rarely buy full cases, I can't afford them. If anyone in the break had bought these 10 case themselves, they'd be ticked. They would have lost a lot of money. Breaks allow us to spread out the wins and loses.

Also, when you're in on a break with the right person breaking, like ImNotDed, no one is complaining or sweating the little things.

Just an update on my progress. I have everything broken down into #1-10, 11-20, 21-30 etc. and have started to break those down into players and bagging them. Hopefully I can get everything bagged tomorrow night and ship thursday but I might not make it, lots of cards!

Been a bit crazy at work. One of my employees wife had his baby a week early so I had to take over his spot working out of town. I have the next 4 days off of work so I will be able to get the packages out right after Christmas. Really sorry about the delay.

It's a big job even if you have a couple days off, I'm sure everyone will be too busy around Christmas to really worry about an extra day or two.

NBK just asked me about the missing box. I contacted BO and they said they would be sending me another box.

Also, I have been working all day on packaging up but it has been slow since I didnt put the card numbers on the original draft list. So, cards will be going out today, or first thing in the morning.

Everything that has a case # to it was kept according to that case. I just marked them while I did the break. Although the code cards I didnt separate because those dont really matter.

OK, everything is packed up, ready for labels. I will be starting on those tonight and getting everything to the PO tomorrow morning. I realized once I got to NBK's name that I could just put the checklist in alphabeticle order. I wasted like 3 hours being retarded. Relaxing for a few days on end is terrible for my brain apparently.

Also, this break pillaged all my shipping supplies!! I ran out of packing tape and peanuts. I never though I would run out of packing peanuts.
