We have a problem........

The UPS truck just drove by my house and did not stop.

Upon further investigation, it seems UPS has messed up our delivery...



A few things I notice that are incorrect here....

Our shipment left from Illinois when BO is in Virginia...

UPS always delivers to my house in 1 day when I purchase from BO. I made payment on Wednesday at 12:49PM EST.

When it arrived in NJ this morning, it was marked as "Late Trailer". Everything I can find on Google about that classification is something happened and the package isn't going to make it on time. I also noticed I no longer have an expected delivery date on the shipment. It has not even been marked as "Out for Delivery" yet.



Can anyone provide any insight on this? I've never had late trailer show up on my tracking.

it could be tonight, UPS sends out several late trucks a day to try to catch up. but most likely it will be at your house saturday

I hope so. I'd really like to get this done tonight.

On a side note, someone just pulled the RGIII jumbo patch superfractor from a case from BO. That was supposed to be in our case!

Past my case of Strata also came from there seems if we order a case BO sends it to us right from factory?

I just need to see the break prior to tuesday since I'll be stuck at work we the draft is done.

I've worked at UPS for 18 years and have never heard of us doing this. And, yes, Saturday delivery is an extra charge only when it is straight from the shipper.


BO drop ships some items (I believe the Topps stuff as mentioned earlier) meaning that their supplier will ship it directly to you instead of to them first. It cuts out the middle man.


The late trailer part could be a couple of things. It could have missed the train from Ohio. The trailer could have gotten stuck in weather somewhere along the line. Call 1-800-PICK-UPS and they should be able to give you at least a reason for the delay. If you can't get a good answer, ask to speak with someone at the delivery center because they will have better info than the 800 number (outsourced) person.

Thanks for the information guys. From everything I've gathered it seems that it will be here on Monday. I have work on Monday from 3-10 so hopefully the case gets here in time where I can break it before work. If not, I will break it as soon as I get home. Either way, we will still aim for a draft on Tuesday.
