Pat, good luck with the break. Can you see if you can come up with a team by team checklist for this break? I think it is important to note how dual auto cards will be handled and how players traded from one team to another will be handled.

Was just going to ask the same thing regarding guys like Laporta lets say, who are now on a new team - would he go to the Indians slot holder, or Brewers?

The way we have done it in the past is that dual's should be given to the team of the player that is listed 1st or on top of the card. If more than one is pulled than both teams would get one.

Also I think that players should go to the team that is pictured on the card, regardless of whether they have since been traded or not, makes this a lot easier on the breaker!

Those are my opinions .. . . . and I will wait to see how these rules are posted before I sign up for any spots

I would suggest stick with the teams on the cards. Not current teams.

Wasn't expecting this to hit yet. I'll be back in the office shortly to clear everything up.

Ok, def the player pictured is the team the cards go to. Plus the first team pictured on Dual Autos should be the team that would receive the card.

Ok, first things first with the duals. To make it fair to both people that have the teams, I will randomize between the 2 teams. If there happens to be a second copy of the same card, it will go to the other person. I've never been a fan of the "player on the left/top" format of giving out duals.

On the multiple slot thing, I kinda figured my price at 2 slots a person so the discount is built in, but seeing that I still have some wiggle room, I could drop additional slots $3 to an even $70. So $73 for the first and $70 for each one thereafter.

Tony - Don't have a ton of time to do the list of players right at the moment (or when I initially posted as I am at work), but will work on one tonight when I get home.

Any other questions?

Also, players will go to the team that is pictured/written on the card.

Sweet break, 08 BDP is a great set and if you get lucky with the autos some teams could net some huge $$ value.

Count me in for two slots... I may get more later, if this doesn't fill.

I assume the AFLAC auto's in 08 would go to that team, is the team on those cards?? Just curious, thanks.

That is a good question as those don't have the teams listed do they?

I don't believe that the Aflacs have team names. I can do those 1 of 2 ways, randomize them off for the entire group or give them to the team that drafted the player. I'll let you guys decide that one, but I would lean toward randomized.

My vote would be for the team slot that the player was drafted by, but I'm game for what the others vote for

I'm fine either way, but would really appreciate it if someone posted the teams and players / key hits. Can't wait to fill this up!

Sounds like a fun break. I will take 2 slots in this break. BTW, I saw your 09 Absolute break and I like that you decided to use the "bird's eye" view on your breaks. It makes the break much more watchable. Thanks for hosting
