I have emailed Chris requesting a discount for the case. Once I hear from him I will tighten everything up. It looks like the consensus is to do a 37 slot break with 1 slot being a base/parallel slot.

Bump. We will need to get this filled this weekend if we are going to get the discounted case price and get the payments in on time. I see that some don't want to do a 9 box break whereas it's a good chance we won't hit the case hits. If the master case does not fill I will just kill the break. So come on guys.
