The break is tomorrow, Thursday evening.

Now that the draft is over I'm not surprised on how picks went although my top ten had a different look. To get the Bucs and a shot at 2 rookie QBs at the end of the draft shows how open these kind of breaks can be. I hope someone else comes up with a similar multi-year team break.

Good Luck to All,
Vinny

Yeah, I was pleasantly surprised that the Buccaneers were still available in the bottom 3 picks! Now if we can just pull me a nice one.

There were a few surprises that I thought, but I guess we will see.

I thought this would be my last break, with a busy schedule coming up, but I might have time to do one more... I am already working with Chris on quotes to come up with another 3 year break... Be on the lookout in the next couple of days when my other one gets closed

Do you ever do baseball breaks? A 3 year baseball might be cool.

There are a couple of guys that already do baseball. I tried and did not get off the ground, so I am sticking with FB.

Here is what I am working on:
2007 Contenders 12 box case
2008 UD Masterpieces 16 box case
2009 Donruss Threads 12 box case

Looking like the slot price will be right at $90.00 a slot. Not bad for 40 boxes in a group break!

Would it work if you had 2007, 2008, 2009 Contenders? I'd be right in on that. It would be worth the wait for this years.

Thanks,
Vinny

Vinny,

There is only 2 problems with that break, they are out of 08 and my busy part of my schedule starts in the next couple of weeks and not sure how many group breaks I will have time for. I am just trying to get one more "good" break done before my life is going too fast for me to do group breaks...lol Plus trying to keep the cost down for the slots, but still have value at the price...

I understand and appreciate any breaks you and some of the regulars run. Personally I don't have the time or organizational skills to devote to doing a break myself.

Best Always,
Vinny

yea I will probably miss the break live as well since I live in germany and the time difference is so big. If it was a weekend i would stay up but no worries. I can always go back and watch it before I go to work Friday morning. Best of luck to everyone on this break. I am a little extra excited since this is my first one.

I am currently stationed in Mannheim. This is actually second tour here as i was stationed in Baumholder in the mid 90's. I have about 8 years total now spent in Germany over my career. Germany is nice but I do miss the good ol United States.

Guys,

We have a problem. I dont know if it was misunderstanding by me or what it was, I have emailed Chris to find out. But only 1 case showed up, 2008 Certified, and it showed up today...lol It was suppose to be here tomorrow.

Now the other stuff was suppose to be here Monday, so I am hoping the other 2 cases will be here then, but will not know untill Chris emails me back.

That leaves another question. We could break the 08 tonight, wait untill tomorrow, or leave it untill Monday with the other 2 cases... It is up to you guys, but if we break tonight it would not be untill 7:30 central time, 8:30 EST.

If we do not get enough replys tonight, we will wait untill tomorrow.

LMK what you guys think.

Thanks
Chris

Default Tonight might help you and

anxious guys like me want to see everything right away.

Honestly I'm not worried about when but if you can break '08 tonight it might make it easier on you and organizing all the cards. I wouldn't mind a taste of what's going to get pulled.

IMHO,
Vinny

I say we wait until Chris e-mails back to see if we are even getting the other cases, if we are then break away!

After looking at the tracking numbers that Chris gave me, this is what I have come up with.

He never gave me the tracking number for the 08 Certified case, which showed up today. I tracked the package that has the 07 Thread and 09 Certified and it shows it is in Sioux Falls SD and will be here tomorrow.

So, looks like the break will be tomorrow still. But now the question, do we want to break the 08 tonight or wait untill tomorrow for everything?

If Chris emails me back something different, I will let you know.

Thanks
Chris

What makes it easier for you? If breaking one case tonight makes it easier than I say tonight, if doing all 3 in one day is easier than I say we break tomorrow...but either way it should still be a FUN break!

If I had a vote, I would vote to break the 08 Certified tonight. That way I can sort it and have some of the sorting done.

But... I do not want to piss anyone off either. I am off to church. I will be back around 7:15 central time, 8:15 EST. If there are enough of the guys on, and want to break it tonight, I will.

I will check back here then
