I will be dropping out.

I haven't been able to access the boc website from home and the site management couldn't care less. I have only been able to access this site via my cell phone and work computer.

I've reached out for help. No response.

I've posted on the forums. Thread deleted and pm sent asking me to email someone instead.

Emailed that person. Issue still not resolved.

Have no faith in this site, and don't want to do business with BOC at this time.
