February PSA group submission

I am taking orders for a PSA group submission. I would like to have the participants signed up with a list of everyone’s cards by February 10th and all cards need to be received by February 22nd so I have time to fill out the submission forms, package everything up and get it out before February 28th. If I do not have your cards in time to fill and pack everything out they will be returned to you at your cost.

PSA runs a little differently than BGS and there are multiple service levels, charges and turnaround times depending on the cards submitted and their declared value. Declared value is mainly determined by price guide or realized auction prices. Do not base your value on what it might be worth after grading.

HERE ARE THE SPECIALS:

February Collectors Club Special #1
Modern Bulk - $6.50 per Card
Here are the details:

Cards must be 1956–present.
A 10-card minimum is required.
Cards must be valued under $100 each.
Regular size, Tallboys and Thicker Memorabilia/Patch cards are permitted, but each category must be on its own submission form, with its own return shipping fee.
EXCLUDES: Supersized cards (larger than 3 1/2" x 5 1/8"), Coins/Pins and Autographed Cards*.
Turnaround time is approximately 30 business days, but can vary with demand.

*Autographed cards from the manufacturer from 1998 to present are allowed on this special. All other autographed cards must be submitted under the Autographed Card Grading and Authentication service.

Pre-'56 Vintage Bulk - $8.00 per Card
Here are the details:

Cards must be 1955 or earlier.
A 10-card minimum is required.
Cards must be valued under $100 each.

EXCLUDES: T3s, Supersized cards (larger than 3 1/2" x 5 1/8"), Coins/Pins and Autographed Cards.
Turnaround time is approximately 20 business days, but can vary with demand.

This is only the price for grading the card. It does not include any shipping or paypal charges

Shipping charges vary based on the number of cards submitted and the value of the cards. Once I have a full list of what is submitted I will let everyone know what the shipping charges will be to and from PSA. You should figure $2 a card. This is just an estimate.

When the cards start coming back to me, and they will most likely come back to me at different times based on the different service levels, I will PM the owners of the cards. If you still have more cards at PSA that did not come back yet due to a different service level you will have the option of waiting for your additional cards or having them sent as they are received. This will obviously mean additional shipping charges.


Charges:

First payment: This will cover the cost of grading your cards, shipping to and from PSA and any paypal charges.

Second payment: This will cover the cost of shipping the cards back to you. Because the value of most cards will be close to or over $100 I will be putting insurance on all packages. This covers me AND you. I use paypal shipping so Delivery Confirmation is always included.

First payment will not be required until after the submission is closed on February 10th. As stated above cards and payment must be received no later than February 22nd.

Once the sign-up deadline passes (February 10th) and I have a list off all cards to be submitted I will contact all participants with their first payment total. I need a response agreeing to the charge and I will then send you an invoice for that amount. Again, you have until February 22nd to make the payment and to get me the cards.

Additional information:

I can only accept one of any specific card. For instance I have a 1957 Topps Hank Aaron that I will be submitting. I can not accept another 1957 Topps Hank Aaron for this submission due to the chance of the cards getting mixed up. This applies to any non serial numbered card.

Make sure to PM me and post a list of cards you are submitting. That way there are two different paper trails of what you are sending me. I will be recording all packages I open on ustream (my channel is ifish73) to verify what you sent matches your list.

I am not responsible for your cards until they get to me so make sure you pack them properly. Again all packages I receive will be recorded on ustream.

PSA wants cards sent to them in soft sleeves and semi-rigid card holders. Most people do not have these holders. If you want me to transfer your cards into a semi-rigid I can do that. They will cost around $0.15 each. Again I will record doing this when I open the package. Let me know if you want me to put your cards in semi-rigid holders when you send me your list. I don't have a lot of them and may need to order more. I really prefer not to do this. The less I handle your cards, the better!

You can submit as many cards as you want. There is no limit for this submission.

Are they on a card or some other item? If they are on-card and the specials are the same as January you may be able to submit them.
