Ya, hopeful it's of a low print run. Some of the OTR autos are numbered to 50. Add to that, I actually looked into this one the most out of any on the list, and my curiosity was piqued after a fruitless 10 minute search. If they don't get it signed this spring, it probably goes unfulfilled

They made me send my Miguel Cabrera Tier 1 redemption card through the mail, which they lost. I'm two months in on my attempt to get one. If it were A) someone lesser or B) not possibly the last Christmas present I'll ever get from my ailing mother, I'd probably be less adamant about it, but dammit I want my card and it's starting to piss me off.

Sorry to hear about your Mom, I hope it all works out with the card.

Topps does have the worst CS possible. I hate Panini's products, but they are so much better with redemptions. Unfortunately, I primarily collect and open Baseball and am hesitant to open their non-licensed garbage. I sent them in an expired redemption I pulled from 07 Contenders in the hopes it may be sent to me, as I was reading about another guy who had some success with expired contenders redemptions.

I'm still waiting on piles of 2011 autos from Topps with no updates from them, and no hopes for replacement lest I get stuck with piles of 2011 Platinum Jiwan James autos. Occasionally, Topps will surprise with a good replacement, but I've never experienced it personally.
