I refunded on a first come first serve basis in order of PMs. I had paid for the bowman chrome case, so I am unable to refund everyone right now. I will be continuing refunding people in the coming days. If you feel uncomfortable, feel free to file a claim, but I asure you will receive a refund soon. I am trying my best to accomodate everyone, but this is an unfortunate situation for a lot of us. I hope you understand.

I received my refund. This was posted when this first occured - he doesn't really have the money to refund everyone until the case is re-routed or returned.
