Looks like Museum Collection got pushed back now, hopefully that means Tribute will actually release on the current release date.

FYI, my distributor is already sold out on this stuff. And that was with having tight allocations.

Can't believe this hasn't filled yet. Might as well add another spot for me then.

I think the overwhelming success of National Treasures has prevented much pre-release interest in Tribute and Museum Collection. I posted a case break of National Treasures and it filled in 3 days. People are buying up cases like crazy, and eventually it's going to flat out dry up. I really think when Tribute releases this will fill pretty quickly, those big cards will hit ebay and the boards, and people will realize the awesomeness of this product.

Plus I'll be honest, my experience with 2012 Tribute was terrible. That, along with choosing where to use my spare cash amongst the competition, is what's stopping me from joining this. I don't want more Cliff Lee relics for $50. I'll follow the product with trepidation.

Understandable. Obviously with any break some people will end up with the cheap relics, such is the nature of the game. But those Tribute jersey cards (in my experience last year) sell better than other jersey cards, I got $15 out of my Dan Uggla #d/99, and $40 out of my Votto #d/50. And at least every hit is #d/99 or less, unlike Museum which has #d/399 autos. Unfortunately every product can't be as great as National Treasures, as Panini has proven with all the junk they have released over the last several years. Tribute in my experience is the most consistent Topps product, and last year they stepped it way up with the on-card autos and the cards were gorgeous. This year is similar, with some more goodies added. Here's some 2012 Tribute cards I have, some that I pulled and some I purchased:

One of the best values of the product is the base cards and parallels. The base usually sell for several bucks apiece, making those base card slots valuable. The parallels sell very well, I sold my Stanton for $30 well after the product came out and his hype had waned, and at release got good dollar for all my base and parallels. Anyway, just trying to entice a few people that might be on the fence on this one.

Allright, I'm getting in on this now that I'll have hosted 3 breaks by the time we break this. 1 spot for now, likely 3 later.

Shipping to Canada would be $54.50 for the first spot and $47 for each additional.

I think after release this will fill, there hasn't been a lot of hype yet for Tribute it seems. It's a great product year after year and always very popular.
