Box Topper Redemptions will be randomed against all spots

USA hits/refractors will be randomed against any hitless teams. (Hitless is defined as any team with out auto or relic). This gives some added value to less desirable teams.

USA Base will be distributed over all spots

Any Multi Player cards will be randomed between those teams unless someone owns over 50% of team

Team List and list of participants will be randomed 3x times by a mod. This will be a random team break. Break will be live and recorded on ustream Axeldog15

1. If you hit a card worth $250 or more, I will ask you to pay for upgraded shipping - priority mail, signature confirmation, and insurance.

2. All breaks are done LIVE and recorded.

3. Once you receive your cards, please post in the thread that your cards were received. For anything outside the USA, I will provide the customs # as proof of delivery. (shipping charges will be different to cover cost)
