I vote option 1 it makes more valuable slots like there might be 5 kyrie slots to pick. I'd be in either way

In my opinion i want to draft a player and get all his cards, i dont want to have to worry about not hitting the certain insert etc......extra cost is no big deal.............

Option 2 for sure

With option 1, I don't know where veteran auto/jerseys and veteran auto/patches would fall.

Put me down for Option 2 , that would make most sense since this is a player draft. Whoever we draft should not worry about was that card part of the deal....!!

Only thing is how do you take a draft list with 325 slots and reduce it to make 271. would be unfair to kick any one out, I don't think that many people is going to worry about an extra dollar per slot to drop out. I sure do not want to see the Host to drop out completely when he is the one doing all the hard work without much compensation. Sending out 200 packages is no fun, I've been there.

If we do not free up enough spots from people dropping out, Do we go by the time line of when people posted to join the break and eliminate spots that way? I may lose a couple spots which is OK.

Well it's my fault, so by default, I will give up my slots first. I've already had a few people PM me and give up their slots for the break. It's inevitable for a break this size to have people drop out or just not pay anyway. We'll see where we are at in a little bit. I think option 2 is the clear consensus, I'll be sending out another PM with updated info on slot pricing and at that time I'll ask that anyone who doesn't want to participate to make that decision so we can get squared away.

Thanks for your feedback everyone.

I seriously do not see how (before or after the fact now) it could even be thought that if you picked your player, you wouldn't be getting all their cards. This whole splitting up nonsense doesn't even make sense.

So I'm going with option #2

Option #2 and I am staying in the break either way. Dont beat yourself up over it. This is an awesome product and we are going to hit some killer cards!

After going thru a few of the Bowman Baseball breaks, spliting up player inserts are more of the norm. ( Minis, Top100's, Ice card, Ultimate Prospect cards... etc etc..)

I have a few slots that was for the non-autos of a player but did way better than the Guy with the Auto slots of same player. It all depends on how one wants to run the break and how the Cards fall in the break.

As you said, the norm on Bowman.... and that's only because they're all copied breaks. I understand that the extra slots keep cost down but I think I'd prefer it to be all cards of a player per spot.

I think that's how I'll run my player draft.

Anyways if we have too many spots after all the dropouts the only one who I could think of that might have no problem reducing is Hester since he picked up the remaining 20+ spots.

Yeah.. you are right, would be better to cut down on the number of cases if you have to limit the entry fee per slot.

I vote for option 2 and I will keep my 40 spots with that option. I don't like Option 1
