Quick question: Will we randomize the 10 base slots when we randomize the main list? It would be cool to know who gets the base early maybe for trading,etc.

I just wanted to post an offer to any of the other members who picked up a base slot. I am willing to pay you $10 for your base card slot. If you think that is a fair price and you don't plan on collecting this set please send a PM my way so we can finalize any transaction. This deal is only good prior to the break since we both may be taking a risk prior to release. I'm a big boxing fan myself and as a card collector my options are limited to vintage or whatever Topps or SK puts out so I feel obligated to collect this base set

I don't know why but I was browsing the Blowout listing for the product and wanted to see if anything new was posted. It looks like the checklist is posted for all the base set plus insert sets. So check it out: Creative Cardboard Concepts| Round One Product Info
I like the checklist alot but am just a little disappointed that not many foreign boxers made the list. I understand that it is easier to round up fighters who fought in the states so maybe for Round 2. Love the Moniker inserts and would like to pick up a Sweetpea Moniker. Looks like only 90 base + parallel Ali autos so they should sell very well. Sorry, these are just random thoughts.

What's interesting is in the product literature it sounds like some of the 1/1 subsets (ie Cut Sigs., Tickets, and the 1/1 R.S logo cards) are exclusive to the KO boxes. It's not definite but there is no mention of 1/1's when TKO boxes are discussed. If that's the case then the break-up of the KO boxes would definitely be worth it for group break purposes vs. buying individual TKO boxes w/ 1 hit per. So if there is a 2nd case I would sign up for 2 additional slots.

Wow, in every KO box you will get one ALI limited base card. That's geat and all, but I think I would want his stuff a little more "rare" or chase like?

Quick question: of the base cards with parallels, if the base slot holder get an onyx 1/1 base parallel is that included in the base slot? I'm assuming that the 3 hits will be 2 autos and a memorabilia card or 1/1 insert...is the 1/1 insert the onyx base card? Kind of confused, what if there are 2 1/1's in a box, 1 being a onyx base parallel and the other being a memorabilia 1/1.

Basically, does the base card slot holder get all the base cards to include turkey reds, all parallels (including 1/1 onyx base parallel, gold, and silver versions)?

The 1/1 base are not 1/1 inserts in any of the literature. The 1/1 inserts are the Ringside Logo 1/1, the Actual fight Tickets, and the 1/1 Cut Signatures. Those 3 would fall under the 3 hit per box where it would replace the fight-worn slot. The 1/1 base would replace one of the base in the base slot so it's no different than pulling a gold /9 base which would also replace one base. The hits appear to be guaranteed too so the main 3 hits are secure and don't involve any of the base or its parallels. So the 1/1 base would fall under "base". I hope this helps.

Thanks for the clarification! Wow having a base slot may bring a decent chump of change!
