09 Bowman Draft 4 Case Player Draft

On Wed night, we will go live on ustream at 8 PM EST and finish things up. Everyone will have 2 minutes to make their selection. If a pick is not made in the allotted amount of time, their selection will be autopicked based on the presorted list. If you cannot be there or wish to not hold things up in the mean time, please send me your list.

We have a 4 case player draft break of 09 Bowman Draft baseball. There will be 191 total slots. 187 are players and 4 for the Aflacs (1 slot per case). Once we are filled up and paid for, I will randomize the member list and everyone will draft their players. The break will begin once all players have been drafted. Tentative date is Wed or Thursday of next week (4/14 or 4/15). You will receive every card from the cases of the player you drafted.

The break will be hosted live on ustream. Scans of everything will be posted upon the conclusion of the break. Anything big will be posted as pulled (i.e. Super, red auto, etc.)

1-2 players will be $19
3-6 players will be $18.50
7-9 players will be $18
10+ players will be $17.50

That is correct sir! If case 1 has 2 Aflacs, the guy who owns that slot gets both. If case 2 is shorted, the slot holder wouldn't get anything. Its a high risk/high reward slot. The Aflac will pay for the slot 9/10 times, but its a $19 whiff if we are shorted.

Of course I will email/write Topps about it and see if they would make up for it, but I'm not 100% certain that it is a guaranteed thing to get 1 per case.

I know... and I may do more. I told Chris I wasn't participating in this one, since I've busted more than enough of it. Once it got posted, I reconsidered... I just hate to see a baseball break go by without my incessant pissing and moaning, and I can't do that from the sidelines

EDIT: #1 pick in the Bowman's Best break - Yankees - no A-Rod, Cano or Joba AUs... #1 pick in the '06-'08 BDP break - D-Rays - no Longoria in either '06 or '08... #1 pick in the 3-case '07 BDP break - Heyward - no parallels. You should all hope that my obnoxious little slot gets the #1 pick, since that usually means good things for the rest of the top selections
