RJF - thank you, first off, for running this. There is so much involved and so many moving parts. The random is what it is - random. If Case 1 and Case 2 were not there, yes, the results may have been different. I am awed at the guts and organization this takes.

Personally, I could have had the last slot in each case an I almost do. I really don't care about my teams because I can always pick up my fav players later. This is my first break and it's exciting/nerve-wracking to watch.

Thank you.

i dont understand the complaints about the cases being added in, lol. from my outlook were useing a program to generate randomness, as most anyone knows a program can not and will not ever be 100% random EVER just due to the fact its a program built along rules. so IMO adding in a blank spot, aka the case numbers just adds to help the randomness program. also lets just say the program was 100% efficient, if that were the case, than adding in a spot effects nothing anyways, due to true pure randomness.

that being said woot slot 12 on case 1, looking at possible offers if anyone interested, but im cool with keeping it to either way, cannt wait til the break =).

Just a personal preference on my part I guess. Sorry if people took offense or anything. Good luck to all.

I don't think anyone is complaining. Everyone is thrilled with the break potential and thankful we don't have to run the break ourselves.

First nineout, nice job on case 1

Second, Rudy, no complaints, just can you please replace the randoms into the first post so it is easier to find. Thanks either way.

I just PM'd a MOD as I cannot create separate threads for this yet. If I can get the go ahead I will post each of these lists in their own thread.

Slot SIX is for sale for $75

Slot SEVEN is for trade, looking for two slots in positions 8-20 in case two.

Slot SEVEN is also for trade for a lower slot and paypal.

PM me with interest.

Not to be a pain but I believe you need to re-randomize. Having the "case" positions in the randomization impacts the people involved. That spot could have taken someones spot in the randomizer

Then no one would mind if I took the case spot in gb 1 correct? Technically it doesn't screw anyone up since no one really had that spot. I don't think it is right that everyone gets bumped up one spot wherever the case # happened to fall since it was not consistent. And having a sample size of 32 calculated with 33 does screw up probability and randomization. How do I know that wasn't going to be my spot but instead the case # ended up taking it...

It is easy to re-randomize and ensure integrity then not re-randomize and disregard some of the members who paid equally for the break

why is it every time someone gets a bad slot in a random they complain about how it was done. This is one reason I think some hosts have quit doing these breaks;which is a shame. You could put 5 no-name spots in the random and it would not make any difference.I've been in breaks with RJF before and he does the randoms the same way every time. If you don't like that you may get a bad slot in a random;don't get in a break.I've had more bad slots lately than good;but still get in these because they're fun. Finally got some good slots in a break and wouldn't be fair to me or anyone else that got a good slot for a change, to re-random.

RJF thanks again for hosting and you did nothing wrong.I'll get that list to you asap.

nineout I have no issues with my place nor would I care if I ended up 32. Im in a lot of group breaks and do it for fun not money. Just if I end up 32nd I like to know it is b/c it was truly random. I you don't care and think everything is fine then someone should get your top spot since you were bumped up b/c of the case #.

lol this issue has already been resolved, so it doesnt need to be brought up again. Random = Random whether there were 32 elements being randomized or 33. If "case 2" was randomized and fell into the the 33rd slot no one would be complaing...the consensus would be to just disregard #33. So whats the difference....you are trying to make an issue out of a non-issue. And frankly, the arguments presented to re-do the whole thing due to the list not truly being random, don't even make sense.

Considering I also have the last slot in case #1;that's pretty random with where the other slots are.If you didn't have issues with your slot you wouldn't want a re-random, you're not fooling anyone but yourself.Next time buy more than 1 slot;try maybe 8 like I did, then maybe you'll get a better slot. Also everyone was bumped up b/c of the case # not just me,even you.So why should i give up my top slot.Oh wait, because you got a bad one. That's it.

Sorry RJF but people like this piss me off.

Allright guys... got my first PM for a refund. No names will be mentioned. I will NOT offer a refund. This is not rocket science. Participate in the Group Break, get your cards, and in the future, do NOT participate in any more of MY Group Breaks. If the member or members try to file anything w/ Paypal? I will post your names here on the Board and I will let Board Justice be meted out.

Unless I hear directly from BLOWOUT (Chris or Pat) on this, this matter is settled. If I DO hear from BLOWOUT, then I want a SOLUTION, not just an order.
