I believe you are referring to mXc. With the wacky events and voice overs. It was actually a Japanese game show Takeshi's Castle, I have a Japanese cousin through marriage that said the show was a huge hit in the early 1990s.

I usually just payal them and in the subject line I put what the payment is for, then in the body I state that its for the case break and this is the price agreed upon...never had a problem.

If you have their quote in your e-mail, e-mail them that your payment is inbound for whatever product and cut-n-paste their quote, or include it as an attachment. If they quoted it over the phone? confirm their quoted price w/ a quick phone call then send in your payment. They are usually pretty good about that sort of stuff but they do like electronic copies of communications so there is less wiggle room later on if mistakes are made.
