Will you get the same team for all cases or will different teams be given for each case>?

Toss me down for 2 slots please. Go ahead and use my fantasy baseball winnings as a downpayment once this gets filled up.

I think it stated one randomed team for all cases...like he said, not for the faint of heart!

It might be too much work, but I'd vote for randoming each case separately, for the sake of variety. I'd hate to get Seattle and be the guy who takes home 6 cases worth of Chone Figgins

Yeah, baby... you da man, Pat. Count me in for a slot (and probably two, if we need to fill another one later).

I'm in either way - but the suggestion above wouldn't be a bad idea. Even if you chopped the products in half and just randomized the list twice (Sterling, BDP, etc. in one group; Chrome, etc. in another), you'd double the chances of someone pulling a Stras or Heyward auto (and avoiding a lot of Chone Figgins).

everyone can read the rules of a break before joining. if you dont like them then dont join!!! i never understand why people join a break and then try to change the way it is run. you either want to do it or you dont. if you dont like the way it is then start your own. especially 2 days after its posted on a break that wont take place for a couple months. op it is set up great the way you have it dont change anything. just my opinion not being rude

Wow.

Like I said, I'm in either way -- and have been hounding Pat for a multi-case, multi-product break for a long time. However, if the majority of people in a break want it done a certain way (which may or may not be the case here), why wouldn't Pat want to change it?

I've participated in a LOT of GBs here -- a hell of a lot more than you -- and this is, by far, the one with the highest price tag and the largest possibility for variance. A couple of us are simply recommending options, that's all.

Pat -- if it's a pain in the a-- to run multiple randomizations, sort and ship, let us know. Thanks.

[QUOTE=pskell02;770588]

If anyone has any suggestions, let me know. If you sign up, payment will be needed by mid-November at the latest. I will need $1200 asap to lock in the 6 cases so we won't get hosed if prices go up.

This is what the other guys are doing, giving a suggestion! Pat I'll take 1 slot either way but having multiple randoms would be my first choice.

I'll take 2 in the current format. If it gets switched to a multi randomization format I want OUT right away.

As much as I would love to run multiple randomizations and give people different teams in each case, or a group of cases, I think it would just be too much work and too much to keep track of.

I usually get faint of heart with any break over $40 but I really like this idea. I wish I could do it (maybe one day). Good luck to you all.

Works for me...

I don't mind paying early, either. Shoot me a PM when you need the $$$.

That's all I was doing, giving a recommendation and it can either be veto'd or we can run with it. I'll do the break either way, but I was just trying to suggest something that might appease some of the members who are too gunshy to take a risk that large.
