Default Block this D-bag ebay seller

to make a long story short, i bid on a Roger Wehrli auto and get out bid, with the winning bidder being private. a few hours later i get a 2nd chance offer. not suspicious at all

I don't understand why we should block him. He probably had 2 of the same card, and decided that would be the better way to sell both of them. Its nothing against the rules, and second chance auctions are totally common place on ebay. Its not wise to put all your inventory up on ebay at the same time.

then why are all of his auctions private? as well as the winning bidder? most shill-bidding ebay sellers do this, and it is funny that he did it 5 hours later

I understand you being suspicious.... but I would be PISSED OFF if you came on here announcing to block me and this is the amount of evidence you have. Maybe he is shilling and you are right but this kind of post is reckless. There are several reasons he may have sent you a second chance offer : like having a second card as stated before or he could be dealing with 1 of the 3 million morons on ebay that could have told him he didn't bid, it was his mom's pimp's cousin's golden lab.
