What is the last day after a transaction is paid before it is "too" late to file a claim...30 days... 60 days...90 days?

It is 45 days.

yup 45 days is correct, just had some international buyer think he was going to try to scam me buy opening a claim against me, luckily it was after, as paypal's email said, 45 days.

Actually, I am actually 99% sure it is 45 days from the time the buyer receives the item. Because Parcel Post packages can take up to 25 days to go from buyer to seller.

So it's not 45 days from sale. It's 45 days from confirmed delivery.

yeah I used to keep all my shipping records for 30 days but have changed it to keeping everything for at least 45 days.
