Ebay Feedback Change?

My feedback just jumped up to 99.5% from like 98.8%....the only thing I can think is that they changed it from positive/positive + neutral + neagitve and they took out the neutral so now its :
Positive/ Positive + negative.
Anybody else notice this change?

I know that the percentage is now from the last twelve months, not your overall total.

Yes I know that, but I think they took away the neutral from affecting your % which is very good.

The Positive Feedback percentage is calculated based on the total number of positive and negative Feedback ratings received in the last 12 months, excluding Repeat Feedback from the same member in the same week.

Note: This could mean that the number of ratings used for this calculation is different from the same number shown in the Recent Ratings table on the left.

Positives
Positives + Negatives

This member's 12 Month Feedback ratings
Positives: 1291Negatives: 7

This member's Positive Feedback percentage

1291
1291 + 7
= 99.5%
