Shipping to Canada

I need to ship a textbook(approx 4lb) to Canada and have no idea what it will cost me or what to charge? Can someone help me out. Thanks

I would wrap it in 2 layers of cardboard paper. It will probabably cost $5-10 to ship it parcel post. Maybe you can ship it media mail for cheaper.
