Short version won this card a couple of weeks ago...got it and the top of the card is completely f'd! Seller wouldn't offer refund so entered a Paypal dispute and I won. Seller relisted...really wish I could warn other Ebayers on the condition of this card.

You are the high bidder. The top of the card looks like someone pressed it in with their thumb. All he had to do was offer me a refund...his response after contacting him about the damage was put in a claim.

After I won the dispute he wrote me back saying I was nit-picking and it a factory flaw that only BGS or PSA expert grader would have picked up. Not so much!!

I bet all of the seller weasel words on condition are much clearer now. NM/MT condition; not a professional grader; looks good to me.
