eBay: What to do with non-paying buyers ?

I list my cards saying Payment is due within 10 days...

But after that delay, should I just relist the cards OR file an item not paid claim ?

How do you guys deal with non-payers ?

I have it listed in the description, after x amount of days an automatic non-paying bidder complaint is filed. No one ever responds to invoices but after a few hours of a non-paying claim they pay.

You can file a non-payer claim after 7 days (unless it's been changed recently). If they haven't responded to you within that amount of time, file and get your fees back! And if they want the cards, they'll pay

DEFINITELY file a claim and as soon as it gets closed in your favor block him from being able to bid on your items.

Please file a non paying buyer claim. I have my ebay restrictions set up where it blocks any buyer with 2 strikes within 12 months.

You can actually file a claim after 4 days and must wait 4 days to close before you get your fees back and a non paying strike on the buyer.
